Good and comfy apartment. Has literally everything for cooking even for baking. New and noisyless aircon. Good shower with hot water and good water preasure. Good wifi. Very polite and helpful staff. Good location. Highly recommended. Was there twice and definitely will back

Exceptional

If you want a nice apartment a little bit away from the busy and loud alona beach, is this perfect. We‘ce had a small kitchen and also a stove outside so we make breakfast and somtimes dinner at home. After a few weeks travailing the Philippines this was our last accommodation and it was really relaxing. Everything is very clean, silent AC, nice pool, good water pressure, fast Wifi and also in the night it have ben the quietest place on our trip. Staff was also very friendly and helped us with everything we asked for. The White Beach is a 10mins walk away. A grocery store is also 10mins and to alona beach you pay 100-200 for a tricycle depends on the driver and time.

Awesome

The room was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The veranda had a 2 burner stove so we could do some cooking - plates and utensils are supplied. A short walk away from White Beach. The kids loved the pool which was always clean. The whole place is very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay - Thank You.

Peaceful, safe, and good for families

The premises is closed and safe, we left things outside our room with no worries. It’s rather big with lawn and small swimming pool. Very peaceful and quiet, close to a nice beach. The room is equipped with kitchen facilities,outside there is BBQ.

The rooms are not new. The location is a bit far from Alona beach, no restaurants in the area. You can rent motorcycle in place - it’s a 5-10 min drive. Without a motorcycle it’s tricky to get out.

Fantastic holidays

5 min walk to one of the most beautiful beach of Panglao. Great pool Staff extremely helpful and accommodating Kitchen with necessary tools to cook and grill. Outside barbecue Large lawn and garden Rent scooter locally

No bar / restaurant . It could be so great to drink a cold beer or a cocktail in the pool !

Nice place to stay. I would recommend it!

It was pleasant and quiet, Judith was extremely nice and helpful. Everyone was very friendly and approachable.

They said they will clean the room every second day but they didn't which is understandable since there's only one person working at the reception and she needs to clean everything.

Poor location

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is pretty large. The facilities inside room is ok, including some kitchenware.

Bad location. It is far away from Alona beach, it costs P100 to there by Tricycle (Tuktuk), not convenient. There are only 2-3 restaurants nearby, and the food choices are very limited and the taste is not satisfying. No breakfast, no free water and coffee. Wifi signal inside the room sometimes is poor. The sea-view is not really as you expected. No room clean service during our stay.

Value for money, great place to stay for a quite holiday, staff are awesome , rooms tidy

The staff are awesome and will help with anything they can! My wife went into labour at 3am and they helped organise transport to hospital at that early hour, always with smiles on there faces! Can’t thank the staff enough!

A little bit of travel required to get to Alona beach or restaurants otherwise a convenience store was within walking distance for food and drinks that you require

Really helpful staff, lots of outdoor space (balcony, outside cooker and even charcoal bbq if you ask for it). Great for kids to run around. Very relaxing!

Bunk beds were a little uncomfortable. No bar or restaurant on site. Nearest store is 5 min walk away. Nearest restaurant 15 min walk (be prepared to get taxi, walk or hire a scooter!) But we didn’t mind too much being out the way with a big pool to jump in to at the end of the day!

A very big room in a nice quiet place with good cooking facilities. It’s ideal for a family.

Nice big room very clean. Lots of cooking utensils. Very quiet location in nice grounds. Nice pool.

The wi fi at times was very weak. Inside the room it didn’t work and outside it worked sometimes. There is a breakfast only place called Gemini a 5 minute walk away and a general store about 10 mins walk away. Other than that it’s a 15 minute trike ride away to Alona Beach and the shops and restaurants. It is in an area that’s quite isolated.

Better to spend a bit more and stay closer to Alona beach

Very friendly and nice hosts. The apartment was big, could easily sleep 4 persons

No wifi inside the apartment. We booked a sea view room but when we arrived they had only apartments facing the garden. The bed is small and not so comfortable. The biggest problem though was the place far from everything ( restaurants, shops...). The only beach you can reach by feet in 5 minutes is quite dirty; to reach Alona beach you have to take everytime a taxi, which is additional 150p, or rent a scooter from the property for 500p/day.

Nice but not impressed

The pool was ok...small and only 150m deep. It was quiet

No breakfast, no bar, no restaurant, no drinking water or sachets of coffee in the room. No change of towels and no toilet paper. You can only sleep and shower. Location is a bit far from the main road so you have to walk everytime you want to pick up a tricycle while if you order one from the hotel, price would be double. Beds are not comfortable as they have very thin matresses. Aircondition was only available in the main room while in the rest of the apartments there are ceiling fans but not very effective.

Perfect place for a quiet family holiday, relaxing for parents and safe for kids.

Excellent place for a safe and peaceful family holiday - quiet by policy, no noisy neighbors, but still walking distance to a beautiful white beach as well as shops and restaurants. Good and clean pool, suitable for both kids and adults. Small playground for the kids, and plenty of space where the kids could play around safely. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Rooms are large, with more capacity than indicated at booking.com - we booked two rooms but one turned out to be enough, and we were allowed to cancel the other room with a refund. Will arrange tours at good rates - we went both island hopping and a land-based Bohol tour.

Almost Everything .

Almost Everything . Very helpful. Very accomodating. Worth the penny.

Not really that i dont like it.. the bed is not just so comfortable FOR US and something always bite us.
